K.K Wagh Universal School D.G.P Nagar celebrates Rakshabandhan on 4/08/2017, Friday marked by usual fervorand gaiety that one associated with this auspicious occasion. A day prior to the festival girls were busy selecting the best rakhis for their brothers.

‘Rakshabandhan ‘ signifines the love and duty between brothers and sisters.It signifies brother sister relationship a loving bond between them.

 The students of Pre – Primary enacted a short skit to show.The significance of rakhi tied by the sister on her brother's wrist.This was followed by the typing of the Rakhi and explanation by the teacher about the festival. Students enjoyed singing and clapping to the tunes of Phoolo ka taro ka.
